About Us

Thomas Williams Group was founded in 1987 by Mark Thomas BSC, FRICS as a Commercial Chartered Surveying Practice based in Uxbridge, Middlesex.

The Group primarily operates in the Middlesex, Bucks, Herts, Heathrow and Thames Valley areas with clients in West London, Slough, Wycombe, Maidenhead, Amersham, Chesham, Rickmansworth, Watford and Harrow.

The Group includes Chartered Surveyors and members of the British Institute of Facilities Managers. The Group itself is SSAIB accredited for security work, is ISO 9001 registered and a member of the Safe Contractor Scheme.

As well as professional consultancy the Group has an in-house multi-skilled labour force dealing with all aspects of commercial property maintenance.

The Group offers property and facilities management services including statutory compliance in the workplace, staff training and risk assessments.

Our associate company, Catalyst IT, provides full on site IT support services.
